  • You call TEN-24 central control room on 1800 00 1024 for service assistance
  • TEN-24 arranges service for you and provides you with the service provider’s estimated time of arrival
  • The service provider will respond to the TEN-24 call and get your vehicle back on the road as quickly and economically as possible
  • We will keep you informed: confirm ETA for the service provider; advise of job progress; upon completion, our system will email completed job details to the Service Manager of the fleet and or the account holder / retailer

TEN-24 member who needs emergency roadside truck tyre service anywhere in Australia on a Double Coin, Giti or Yokohama truck tyre, purchased from a TEN-24 Tyre Service/Provider.

  • No call out fees – 24/7 -$0
  • No labour service charges – $0
  • No puncture repair costs – $0
  • Replaced tyre disposal cost – $0

Membership Fees:

1-49 vehicles (per registration) $70 plus GST

50-99 vehicles (per registration) $60 plus GST

100+ vehicles (per registration) $50 plus GST

Non-Members Pricing 

TEN-24 member who needs emergency roadside truck tyre service anywhere in Australia on a different tyre brand (i.e. not Double Coin, Giti or Yokohama truck tyre).

Business hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm; Sat 8am – 12pm

  • No call out fees – $0
  • Labour service charges * – $100/hr (min. 1 hr); then $25 per 15 min
  • Puncture repair costs inc. fitting – $30
  • Replaced tyre disposal cost – $25

After hours: Mon – Fri: after 5pm; Weekends: after Sat 12pm

  • Call out fee – $150
  • Labour service charges * – $100/hr (min. 1 hr); then $25 per 15 min
  • Puncture repair costs inc. fitting – $30
  • Replaced tyre disposal cost – $25

Non TEN-24 members:

If not a TEN-24 member, an extra $150 non-member surcharge fee applies which includes 12 months membership. All charges for non TEN-24 members must be paid by credit card before job commences and all service charges apply.
